• Assisted in the process of validating FedEx and UPS account information

• Ensured that the account contact was a valid and current employee

• Analyzed 2015 and 2016 YTD spending to screen for fraudulent charges Accounts totaling $9.5MM from 2015-2016 YTD

•Created a master spreadsheet containing all account information

• Reconciled account balances of JP Morgan Corporate Cards – $65,000 of Travel Card balances

• Utilized JP Morgan Payment Net, Navigator, and Concur to identify specific expenses Created Excel formulas to expedite the process

• Weekly meetings with Corporate Card Services to track progress

•Employees responsible for $23,500 Remaining balances were genuine business expenses Concur will simplify future reconciliation

• Met with notable mill employees ranging anywhere from an engineer to a business analyst – Painting a clearer picture of the mill experience • Saw first hand how Finance applies to paper mills – Working capital
