Session Presenter William (Bill) Mrazek, B.Sc., CDT has been a dental technician for 38 years and owned his laboratory for 31 years. He recently merged
his lab with and is the Manager and Head Ceramist for an in-house dental laboratory for a large dental group of 18 dentists. Bill
lectures internationally and has written numerous technical articles and has presented over 500 lectures and seminars during his
career. He also just published his first children’s book.

for fixed restorations. In this presentation, Bill will share with you his comprehensive step by step approach to the
methods and techniques he utilized to successfully meet this challenge.
