Training is one of the flagships of Piron, as well as a precious and forced passage for anyone wishing to become a partner of the company, distributor or retailer.For all its new partners Piron develops a set-up period of one year, during which, through the program “Travel Chef” Piron, the assisted growth is encouraged.

The “Travel Chef” training program is divided in two phases, corresponding to the progressive achievement of objectives:

In company trainingA theoretical and practical course aimed at new partners, held by Piron in its own headquarters. Participants are guaranteed hospitality and comprehensive support, from the structuring of commercial arguments to the most strictly technical, related to the characteristics, assembly, installation and maintenance of the ovens;

Promotion in the territory

During the set-up year, the dealer must arrange a defined number of demonstrations and demonstration cooking shows in the country in which it operates, always supported in its actions by the Piron staff. The figure of Traveller Chef will be alongside the distributor or retailer, transferring know-how and giving value to the demonstrations.

Installation and warranty activation Once the installation procedure is completed according to Piron’s user manual instructions, it is essential that the transaction is certified and communicated to the technical office. Only then, when the documentation has been sent, the product warranty, which lasts one year, is activated .

Serial numberAny request for technical support must indicate during the first contact with Piron customer service the the serial number on the back of the oven, which is essential to establish and operate the service procedure.

Spare parts supplyThe company is committed to supplying spare parts in case some components of the purchased ovens are damaged or not working.

Technical support on siteIn case of major failures not solvable otherwise, Piron considers sending their team of technicians on site, in order to provide the customer and effective assistance in loco.

Product ReplacementPiron guarantees the replacement of purchased products in case they result not functioning and non-repairable.

Refund of the amount paid by the customerthe company will refund the amount spent by the customer, in case any of the technical support interventions will have been able to repair the malfunction.
