The Rotex RMXEL manual press is perfect for this application. The standard plate is 40 × 50 cm and offers the optimum distri-bution of both pressure as well as heat.

The Workflow

Send image to sublimation printer

Print directly onto the dye sublimation media

The process is very straightforward using a standard A4 or A3 dye sublimation printer along with a flat bed heat press.

Remove protection foil from Platinum/Plaque

Remove transferpaper to reveal the final image

Place substrate on a hot press

Heat resistant fabric sheet Absorbs moisture during the heat process which will mini- mise blemishes.

Heat resistant gloves Handle the metal plates directly from the heat press.

Heat resistant tape Hold the ILFOTRANS media in place during the heat press process.
