Located on the NSW Mid North Coast in the seaside town of Old Bar, just minutes’ walk from the

beach, a hidden gem in the beautiful Manning Valley region. Fifteen mins drive east of Taree, one hour south of Port Macquarie Airport and three hours’ drive from Sydney.

Boogie Woogie Beach House, a unique and luxurious 5-bedroom boutique hotel inspired by music

with 2 King and 3 Queen designer suites available, metres from Old Bar Beach and Flow Bar downstairs, a destination restaurant, bar and live music venue.

Flow Bar, is a fully licensed venue open to the public for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner headed by experienced Chef Dave Clifton. Serving mouthwatering cuisine inspired by the season, the ocean and local produce, you can expect a well-balanced and lighter menu with hints of chilli and acidity. The chef sources quality seasonal produce sourced from local butchers, grocers and the seafood

co-op, making Flow Bar one of the best in town.

Weddings at Flow Bar

Guests can enjoy drinks and canapés on the deck while soaking in the beautiful beachside atmosphere.

The deck comfortably seats 80 people or 120 standing for a cocktail/canapé style function. Whole venue (inside & out) capacity is 150. The right mix of awesome food, good wine, live music and quality service

makes Flow a popular venue. The team understands the importance of detail and will provide impeccable and professional service to ensure that your event runs smoothly from start to finish!

We offer flexible wedding arrangements with packages that include exclusive booking of the hotel and Flow Bar restaurant, exclusive use of the restaurant only and for smaller receptions use of the outdoor deck only. Venue hire fee of $500 for part venue hire and $1000 applies to private functions booking

the whole venue. Minimum spend applies to private functions:

Off peak: Whole venue $5000 / Inside only $2000 / Deck only $3000 Peak (Dec, Jan & Easter): Whole venue $7000 / Inside only $3000 / Deck only $4500

Contact Flow Bar management for mid-week booking specials.

We have a high quality in house PA system that can be used by musicians, DJs or for background music via ipod playlists. We can recommend local musicians upon request. Note that as we are in a residential

area any music after 9pm will need to be moved to the inside restaurant. We are a child friendly establishment, with on site and street parking available, spaces are limited so be sure to speak to Flow

Management with your requirements. Trestle tables, linen and chair covers can be arranged for an additional hire fee. At least 10 days’ notice is preferred to accommodate any special requirements.

The reservation is confirmed with a 30% deposit payment. In the event of a cancellation of special event or wedding notification must be made in writing. If the notification is made 12 months prior to the event

date only the deposit will be non-refundable, all other payments made will be refunded. If the notification is made within 12 months of the event date the deposit and other payments made are non-

refundable and outstanding payments are required to be paid within 2 weeks of cancellation.

FLOW BAR Wedding Event Contract

The CLIENT (S) agree that venue hire is of the venue “as is” and that any additional styling or wet weather contingency is additional cost and is their responsibility.

Hire fee $500 for part venue hire and $1000 applies to private functions booking the whole venue. This payment includes cleaning fee and additional staff fees.

Date Changes In the event the CLIENT(S) is forced to change the date of the event or wedding every effort will be made by FLOW BAR to transfer reservations to support the new date. The CLIENT(S) agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non‐refundable and non‐transferable are the sole responsibility of the CLIENT(S). The CLIENT(S) further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that FLOW BAR is not responsible for these compromises in quality.

Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation of special event or wedding notification must be made in writing. If the notification is made prior to 12 months of the event date the deposit will be non-refundable all other payments made will be refunded. If the notification is made within 12 months of the event date the deposit and other payments made are non-refundable and outstanding payments are required to be paid within 2 weeks of cancellation.

Decorations Decorations may be hung using temporary fixtures that do not leave markings. All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the CLIENT(S) and the venue.
