Sponsor Details:

• All booths will need to be setup by October 31, 2018 by 2:30pm. • At least one person must host the booth during all conference hours. • Each vendor will receive three lanyards as part of their package.

Shipping & Storage:

• Vendors needing shipping or overnight storage must use a 3rd party. • Items shipped to Gateway Church will not be accepted. • We recommend Tazmanian Freight (https://www.tazmanian.com/):

Payment & Deposit: • $500 non-refundable deposit due August 15th and remaining balance due October
