Leadership programmes designed to deliver real results and a positive impact on individuals, teams and the wider organisation

Our suite of Leadership and Management courses are not chalk-and-talk courses, neither are they driven by theory and models. If a theory or model doesn’t work in practice or isn’t simple enough to apply in the ‘real-world’ we won’t be using it! These programmes are about practice and performance; participants are challenged to consider how they lead and manage, to become more self-aware and to ultimately do things better, for the good of their teams and the organisation they work for.

n Unique Learning Solutions For Your BusinessDo you find so may training programmes are too generic and not entirely fit for purpose for your organisation? Do you have a development need for a group of people or a team and want/need that training tailored to fit your organisation’s environment and focused on your specific challenges?

Whatever your needs, we always prefer to sit with you (preferably with a coffee) and determine what the drivers of your needs are, because they’re always unique. That done, we can follow two in-house routes to deliver a solution that is tailored to you.

In-House Training and Development Programmes

TSW BENCHMARK

All our development solutions are created to maximise engagement and to ensure things change back in the workplace. They are highly interactive and use what we like to call ‘whole brain learning’, engaging as many of the senses as we can.

These programmes can be delivered as they stand, or can be tailored to include contextualised scenarios and content specific to your organisation’s needs.

TSW DRIVE™: Our Bespoke Training and Development Approach

TSW’s mission is to ‘drive’ its clients and their people toward fulfilling their full potential; to help us do this we have developed a simple yet effective approach to diagnosing organisation/people development needs and providing solutions that have a direct impact back in the workplace; this approach is called TSW DRIVE™.

TSW DRIVE™ is all about understanding you, your business and your needs. We really like to sit with you and your people to discuss your goals at

both a strategic and operational level, so that we may truly support you in achieving them. Our aim is to determine exactly what needs to change/develop and how outcomes will be measured after any training, development or intervention.

Once we have completed the initial diagnostic we will provide you with a simple proposal outlining our findings, recommendations and the costs for design and delivery of that solution. If you decide to move forward with our proposal then we will engage with you further in a thorough design process aimed at making training highly impactful and developed to provide a return on your investment.

Below is a summary of steps we take from Diagnosis of needs to Embedding of learning in the business:

Diagnosis – In simplest terms this is where we ask a lot of searching questions in order that we can fully understand your business needs. Depending on your circumstances, we can use a range of methods in this diagnosis stage, but often we can get all the information we need by ‘walking the floor’ and speaking with you and your people.

Review & Report - Following the diagnosis stage we go back to base to review our findings. Our aim is to identify up to 5 measurable outcomes (which will have been discussed with you during the diagnosis discussions). Once have defined these targeted outcomes our design team will provide a high-level design proposal and recommendations for an outcome focussed solution for your specific needs. The report to you culminates in an

Implementation - This step refers to the design and delivery of the development or training programme/s following the diagnosis and report stages. This stage includes programme design, delivery and evaluation measures with a crosshair focus on

achieving the outcomes identified and achieving high levels of return on your investment.

Validation - This stage involves the monitoring and evaluation of outcomes on an ongoing basis, at both organisational and individual levels. It is also the culmination of all evaluation data we collect and is highly focussed on validating success against defined outcomes as well as recognising any unintended outcomes. Through this process we aim to identify and substantiate attitude/behaviour changes and business results that are linked to the development programme delivered.

Embed - It is our point of view that development programmes are only as good as the outcomes achieved by people and organisations as a result. A key part of the TSW DRIVE™ process is maximising pre and post-programme implementation (also known as learning transfer) including advising you on your responsibilities to make learning stick. All our solutions are geared toward people making a positive contribution in their organisation, now and in the future.
