STL does not give refunds or credits for early return of equipment. We suggest that you review your equipment list and rental dates carefully before signing the rental contract.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable Federal, State, and local Taxes or freight.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

All rentals must be paid in full at the time of equipment pick-up unless a customer charge account has been established and is in good standing.

Security Deposits are required on rentals to non-account customers. Deposits must be paid in addition to rental fee at the time of pick-up.

If rental equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the total replacement cost is due upon the contracted return date.

Equipment may be reserved by telephone for any future date. If you require equipment on the same day you call, please phone in early to allow our staff sufficient time to prepare your order.

All equipment is offered for inspection and testing at our warehouse. We encourage you to take advantage of this courtesy. As a lessee, you are responsible for becoming familiar with the proper use and care of this equipment, and may not alter or repair equipment or use it for any purpose other than for which it was manufactured. STL will make every effort to ensure proper working condition of the equipment but does not guarantee equipment against failure of any kind. In the event of equipment malfunction, STL will make every effort possible to correct the problem. Please contact STL as soon as possible so that we may take the necessary steps to solve the problem.

The minimum rental period is one day. A day is defined as: Pick up between regular business hours on one day, return between regular business hours during the next business day. (At any time, STL reserves the right to request equipment be picked up after, or returned before, a certain time so that all of our customers will have the opportunity to enhance their event). Equipment is due back on the contracted date. Equipment not returned as scheduled, without prior arrangement with STL, is subject to late fees charged at the daily rate for each day it is overdue. STL requests a minimum of 72 hours notice be given on all cancellations of, or alterations to, rental orders. Failure to comply with this policy could result in an automatic 50% cancellation/ restocking fee.

Upon request, STL will provide spare lamps for rental fixtures (with some exceptions). All spare lamps must be re-turned, INCLUDING ALL BURNED OUT LAMPS. You will be charged for any lamp not returned, regardless of condition.
