Letter from the President
As the boys youth soccer environment in the United States continues to change at an ever-increasing pace, we are excited to begin the 3rd season of the Boys Elite Clubs National League. It has been no small feat to create a new competition and development platform in an already dynamic and chaotic landscape, but with the great conviction and support of our member clubs, the Boys ECNL has grown significantly, strengthened incredibly, and is poised to help lead American youth soccer into the future, Raising the Game for boys players, teams, and clubs.
Our mission is to provide our players, coaches, and member clubs with the highest quality of competition, education and development available in the youth game, as well as unparalleled opportunities and experiences. With your support, and with your unique perspective and voice informing every decision we make, the Boys ECNL will continue to improve the quality of the game, and the quality of the player experience, every day. We have only begun to scratch the surface of the impact that we can have together on the sport.
The quality of competition in the Boys ECNL has perhaps been most evident in the performance of our clubs in the first two years of the ENPL, where each year the league has captured 4 of 5 ENPL National Champions. We look forward to seeing our clubs continue to set the standard in this regard. The 2019-2020 Boys ECNL season will include 90 clubs in the league at every age group, with great new clubs in the Pacific Northwest and many other new cities and regions across the country. The Boys ECNL is truly a national league, a national platform, and a national structure to provide opportunity for the American player – no matter what city they live in.
As a member club, you are the core of the Boys ECNL. Thank you for your commitment to the league, to continuing to push limits and raise standards in our league, and to making this league everything you want it to be.
We wish you a fantastic 2019-2020 season.

Baltimore Celtic SC
Founded in 2013, Baltimore Celtic SC brings together elite players with top-tier coaches to improve each player’s technical abilities while also developing his or her character on and off the field. Recognized nationally as one of the top clubs in the country, Celtic created markets surrounding Baltimore to allow more players access to local teams as well as the ability to try out for the elite teams. Boasting a coaching staff of Division I, 2 & 3 college coaches ,current and former professional players, and top high school coaches, we have enjoyed unprecedented success at all level. However we are extremely proud of our track record of a proven pathway to college. Each year, our college signings increase, and Celtic has earned a national reputation of producing top collegiate student athletes.
“ Baltimore Celtic has been with ECNL since it’s inaugural season. ECNL core values of innovation, respect, opportunity, development, and excellence align with our philosophy and we can’t wait for the 2019/2020 season to get underway.

The Boston Bolts develop exceptional soccer players who are prepared to compete at the collegiate, national, or professional level, by providing the highest quality soccer resources, superior technical curriculum, competitive athletic programs and personal growth opportunities that support a successful future.
“ The Boys ECNL had a tremendous second year both on and off the field. There were 7 ECNL teams out of 10 total playing in five ENPL National Finals, resulting in three ECNL teams winning Championships. At Boston Bolts, we saw an increase in our teams level of play in the league along with great individual player development. A lot of this has to do with coaching and the high level competition our teams consistently get weekly in the ECNL. Looking forward to the start of another great season and good luck to everyone.

Connecticut Football Club
The Connecticut Football Club was established in 1999 via the merging of the Arsenal Soccer Club with the Connecticut Jr. Wolves to become the largest premier soccer organization for girls in the state of Connecticut. The club originally consisted of 2 branches: CFC Wolves (Rocky Hill/Windsor) and CFC Arsenal (Lower Fairfield County). In 2002, a 3rd branch (CFC Impact) was added to enable the club to develop in the N. Branford/New Haven area of the state. In 2008, the CFC Gunners branch was added in the Northwest corridor of the state. Most recently, we have added the CFC Azzurri branch to service players from the Farmington Valley area of the state, CFC Extreme to service the Brookfield, Newtown I84 corridor and CFC Candlewood to service New Milford and the New York border. CFC’s unique “EIGHT branches” enables the club to service both male and female players from all parts of the state.
“ We are again very much looking forward to yet another year of growth and great competition within the Boy’s ECNL. It has been both a privilege and an honor to be part of the leagues inaugural years and we look forward to continuing to work collaboratively as we grow this league into the best youth league in the nation.

National Training Camp - Nassau, BahamasThe camp was held over a four-day period, welcoming the league’s top performers to the Bahamas for a program focused on pushing the players physically and mentally, all while in a tropical paradise. Except for airfare, all expenses for the camp were covered by the Boys ECNL, inclusive of first-class accommodations at Breezes Resort, PUMA training apparel and equipment, and top notch training facilities.
The camp experience serves as both a challenge and reward for the league’s standout players, most of whom were Conference Players of the Year or All-Conference Selections for the 2018-2019 season.
