Kaplan International English - 2019 English programs for Teens 40

Prices are correct at the time of printing (September 2018) and are valid for courses starting in 2019. Kaplan has the right to change prices due to tax increases, governmentalactions or other events beyond Kaplan’s control.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES

Students should arrive for their program on the Sunday, where the academicelement of the program begins on the Monday, unless otherwise advised.Accommodation is booked from the Sunday (being the programcommencement date) until the Saturday after the academic element of theprogram has ended.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Students must notify their Kaplan representative of their �ight arrival anddeparture times in advance so that the transfer can be arranged. The LondonHeathrow shared transfer service in the UK is o�ered between 0700 and 1800on Sunday and departure service is o�ered for leaving between 1100 and 2200at London Heathrow on Saturday (please check Parents Handbook for furtherinformation on �ight restriction times or talk to your Kaplan representative).

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS SERVICE

If a student is travelling as an unaccompanied minor or hostessassistedpassenger, Kaplan must be informed in advance and full details of the student’sarrival and departure provided. An additional charge will apply.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE

All participants on Kaplan programs are required to have in place, for theduration of their stay, appropriate travel and medical insurance, and evidence ofthis provision may be required prior to starting the program. Such insurance isavailable from your Kaplan representative. NB for visitors to the UK or Irelandcenters, holding an E-111 certi�cate is not accepted as adequate provision ofsuch insurance.
