SCHEDULE OFSCHOOL FEES

1. “Fees” includes all tuition and boarding fees, levies and other amounts which are payable to the School.

2. All tuition and boarding fees are based on a four-term year and will be charged annually at the beginning of each year.

3. The School Council has directed that fees can be paid in:

a. one payment at the start of the year, or

b. equal weekly, fortnightly, monthly or termly instalments provided the instalment amounts would clear the fees owing by the end of that calendar year. Unless an appropriate payment plan in accordance with the above has been put in place, a student’s enrolment will be discontinued.

4. Ancillary fees, levies, charges and other amounts that become payable to the School will be invoiced quarterly with payment due within 21 days from the date of the invoice.

5. A full term’s notice - in writing and addressed to the Head Master - is required of intention to withdraw a boy from the School, or of intention to change a boy from boarder to day boy. A full term’s fee is charged for withdrawal without such notice.

6. A discount is allowed for brothers who attend the School at the same time: a. 5% for the second son b. 15% for the third and subsequent sons

7. An administration fee of $50 will apply to fees where an instalment arrangement is in default and the School has cause to issue a notice concerning the outstanding fees.

8. The Building Fund donations are fully tax-deductible and specifically used for building improvements.

9. All fees are reviewed annually.

10. For payment of School Fees in advance, please contact the Bursar.
