Upcoming Important Dates• Uniform Fitting – March 14 (Thursday) B103 at 4pm & 4:30pm• Practices – Begin March 16th, 4-5:30pm,

Hair – You may wear braids during the summer season. Their size and density need to accommodate a secure bun. During football no braids may be worn and your hairstyle needs to accommodate the versatile styles decided on by Coach.

Nails – Your nails need to be a neutral color and a length that will not interfere with contact with teammates during dance movements like linking up for kicks.

Practices/Performances/Cuts – Practices and your performance on evaluation days will determine whether you will perform on the field. The desire is for every girl to perform, however cuts may be necessary.

Fitness Goals – Begin working now on flexibility and building your endurance.

Lip and eye makeup is required
