The Guided Flight Discovery Instrument/Commercial Syllabus/e-book is an outline, or framework, for three

separate courses of training: the Instrument Rating Course, the Commercial Pilot Certif ication Course and the

Multi-Engine Rating Course. These courses are designed to meet Title 14 CFR Part 141 aeronautical knowledge

(ground) training and flight training requirements and can be adapted to meet Title 14 CFR Part 61 requirements.

The syllabus provides a basic framework for training in a logical sequence and assigns appropriate study
