Orchestral Excerpts Melbourne Youth Wind Symphony: Excerpts 1-4 only Percy Grainger Youth Orchestra: Excerpts 1-4 only Melbourne Youth Orchestra: Excerpts 1-6 NB: Applicants are expected to prepare ALL excerpts for their preferred ensemble. All markings and instructions (e.g.: bowing, dynamics, tempi, etc.) are to be observed.

2. Own choice work A concerto movement or other appropriate solo work that best demonstrates your technical abilities and musicianship.

GENERAL INFORMATION • Your audition will be unaccompanied. • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your audition time. • Your audition will last approximately 10 minutes • Due to time constraints, you may be asked to stop playing before you reach the end of your own choice
