21-11-2015 To, Samir Bhojwani Saheb Nibana Annex 13-B, Pali Hill, Bandra West Mumbai 400050 Sub : LEAKAGE IN FLAT NO 14-B Dear Sir, This is to draw your attention towards following: 1) Leakage observed from top of the window in living room area on 19-06-2015 and 17-09-2015. That was happening of window sill problems on 14 th floor and we have carried out WP treatment after removing window and the sill is treated further on 10-11-15. 2) The leakage also observed in study room ( 14 th floor ) from top of window which has been treated after window is removed on 10-11-15. 3) Wetness is observed in study area from water tank 4) All other leakages are stopped. The wetness observed from water tank cannot be treated as the building is occupied so only solution to hide the wetness is to fix tiles on water tank side and wall below.
