BIOGRAPHY Matt is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and brings a comprehensive background to the Anchor team. His skill set is in all aspects of retail real estate investment, development and redevelopment, from creative and strategic evaluation of development sites and investment analysis to leasing and contract negotiations.

He has been involved in over 100 retail projects, in a 20 state region, from Boston to Minneapolis, and has successfully negotiated with many of the nation’s leading development, brokerage and retail chains. Matt brings passion, integrity and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Matt studied architecture at Kent State University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and also holds a BBS in Finance from Lake Erie College. He has been an active member of the Ohio ISCS board for over 20 years and is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and KY.
