Construction Materials

SANDWICH PANEL

We manufacture our 25mm thick wall panel onsite. Each panel is made from 2 fibreglass gel sheets which is then pressed onto a PVC foam core. This product is very strong, light weight, waterproof and only weighs 7kg m2. If damaged it can be repaired easily and has great thermal and acoustic proper-ties.

ROOF - Our roof is made from one piece using a large mould. This process makes for a strong and seamless con-struction. The inside of the roof is fully lined with our foam core for insulation and has a plush front runner to give a luxurious feel whilst eliminating the formation of condensation.

CHASSIS - We manufacture a galvanised steel chassis frame which then has the sealed floor ply applied to it. The hardwood feet/skids are fixed on to the chassis at the optimum points for weight distribution.
