The LifeSize 220 Series Trade-In Promotion

1.  The Lif eSize 220 Series Trade-In Promot ion is a one-for-one promotion and provides the opportunit y for end customers topurchase specif ic Lif eSize 220 Series video systems at a discount i f t hey trade in or recycle an eligible video system fromLifeSize or a competitor. The discount structure is as follows:  

•  US$5,000 off MSRP on LifeSize Room 220 with Lif eSize Camera 10x•  US$3,000 off MSRP on Lif eSize Team 220 wit h Lif eSize Camera 10x

•  US$1,000 off MSRP on LifeSize Express 220 with Lif eSize Camera 10x 

2.  This is not a like-f or-li ke promot ion. Customers may trade in or provide a cert if icate of proof of recycling/ removal on any

eligible video system and apply t he instant rebate li sted above to a new Lif eSize 220 Series video system.

4.  Cert if icates of proof of recycling/ removal may be emailed to promot ions@li fesize.com

5.  By submitt ing such a PO to LifeSize, the reseller/ dist ribut or agrees that where Lif eSize does not receive the t rade-in unit or

cert if icate of proof of recycling/ removal wit hin 30 days of t he purchase order, Lif eSize wil l i ssue an invoice to the

reseller / distributor for t he appropriat e promotional price and the reseller / dist ribut or shall pay.

6.  Reseller and distr ibutor margins wil l not be affected. Resellers and dist ribut ors may take t heir standard cont ractual discount

and then apply the instant rebate listed above.

7.  The promotion is effective for orders placed after April 25, 2012, and with a requested ship date on or before September 14,

2012.

8.  Purchase orders must note “ LifeSize 220 Series Trade-In Promotion” in t he Comments f ield and can be placed by the fol lowing

means:

•  Submit your order via the Partner Port al and note “ LifeSize 220 Series Trade-In Promot ion” in t he Shipping Inst ruct ions

9.  Eligible video systems must have been owned for at least 1 year (purchase date must be before April 25, 2011).

10. This is a one-for-one promotion: One shipped or recycled video system entitles you to the instant rebate on one LifeSize 220

Seri es video system.

11. Discounts from mult iple older video systems may not be combined to apply to the purchase of a new LifeSize 220 Series video

system.

12. Orders fulf il led through dist ributors must ref erence a Non-Standard Discount number (NSD). NSD requests must include serial

number of older video system.

13. The promotion does not apply t o stocking orders or demo orders. No other rebates, promot ions or discounts (e.g., ORN) may be

combined with this promotion.

14. Resellers must register the opportunity via LifeSize Partner Portal. End customer point-of sale (POS) contact information is

required and must be provided with t he order.15. Assurance Maintenance Services (AMS) must be purchased on each piece of hardware and is not eligible for an instant rebate.

of the traded-in video system, the corresponding promotional discount will be charged to

resellers and distributors who fail to mail in an eligible video system or certificate of recycling

within 30 days of the order being placed.
