Corey GluckstalManaging Partner at Five Point Real Estate

Corey Gluckstal most recently founded and built a boutique investment sales brokerage based out of Garden City, NY. From 2012 to 2017, Gluckstal and his partner Guy Canzoneri closed over 150 transactions valued at nearly $500 million of aggregate real estate. During that time, Corey built training programs and a technology platform that is entirely unique to the Long Island commercial brokerage industry. The platform has evolved over time and now serves as the backbone of Five Point Real Estate.

Prior to that, he and Mr. Canzoneri led the Investment Sales Division for Sperry Van Ness, a California based national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Since 1997, Mr. Gluckstal has held executive positions at several corporations including Sleepy’s, the nation’s largest mattress retailer, and Estee Lauder Companies where he earned a reputation as an entrepreneurial, results oriented leader driving corporate growth & expansion. His responsibilities included supply chain management, corporate and capital budgeting, and warehouse expansion and site selection.

Corey is a Partner and Owner of a private developer and owner of multi-family properties in the Southeast U.S. and holiday apartments in Barbados, West Indies.
