SLJ Company, LLC (“SLJ”) has been exclusively retained to offer for sale this ±26 Multifamily Development Site at 2450 January Ln in Grand Prairie, Texas (“theProperty”). The Property is approximately 26.16 acres of Multi Family-One (MF-1) zoned land, which allows a variety of residential uses. A preliminary plat wasproposed, but never finalized, for 96 duplex lots.

The Property is located in the southeast quadrant of I-30 and N Great Southwest Pkwy, at the intersection of January Ln and Duncan Perry Rd.
