Product• eveything has its own relationship betw

een them. I have planned to try to build such a place that could entertain lots of products related to Rapunzel. That's Rapunzel theme park. We create distinct products and service for different consume groups.

• the theme park will contain the castle which is almost the same as the movie.

There are three main products for each group.

Children:- Barbie that is made up of princess look.

- charming castle model and we reshow this as the castle where royalty live in of this movie and all the important furnishes and decorates we’ve already set them up.

- mostly, the children like the pet which the princess possess and it’s very lovely. According to this, we produce the toy and it seems like the chameleon.

- they love video games and their parents always worry about whether they will play unhealthy games that is wasting life. We create a type of video game of how the handsome boy rescue the charming princess. It’s totally interesting and romantic. It will not cost you too much time. It’s just a easy game to have fun!

- they love dressing up and on dating, girls spend their whole life on how to become more beautiful. They are jealous of the long blonde hair that Rapunzel owns. The wig we also make it for all the girls who wants to be attractive.

- the costume Rapunzel wears is also girls pay attention to, we will provide costume that all the characters wear in the movie. we are negociating with wedding dress co. such as "Vera Wang", "vivienne westwood", "yami katsura",etc.

- The king and his wife prepare lanterns each year on Rapunzel ’s birthday. Parents need to think about it, it will

make their children be happy! We sell lanterns, it has much more color that consumers could choose. For your children! For their birthday! Buy lantern for them!

- You also could buy imperial crown for your little “princess” and keep this for her and this will be her precious gift. And tell her, you are my princess, my little girl!

- Jig saw is a kind of classic game for whole family, you can play this with your children altogether. I bet this will be much fun and warm.

• -• The whole world love romantic story and cartoon, but our

primary market will be pre-customers(0-9). They have enough time on cartoon and their parents always watch cartoon with them. Go to amusement park will be their hobby and they are the major tourists of theme park. Other teenagers may not have enough be here because they have heavy study task and the focus of their life is study. Adults need to put their whole soul on their work and they don’t have enough time to go to amusement park either.

• -• the gender really does not matter. The characters in

Rapunzel have both male and female, but we suppose that girls love this more than boys. So girls seems like will be our target market more possibly.

• -• The family life cycle is always whole family. The parents

take their children altogether and have fun in theme park, leave precious memory for their family. The couples may would like to be here and dating. Proposing is a good choice if you choose here and holding wedding.

• -• We pay for the theme park a lot and we need money back. The

cost of tickets will not be low, it’s appropriate for normal family. They need to have stable job and their salary should be around

$2,000 per month, it is since that the ticket is about $80 for each adult, $ 50 for each child.

• -• Every ethnicity would like to enjoy this movie and we build

Rapunzel theme park in California. There must be lots of

western countries people go there, some tourists from any other countries will go there, too. Although they have different culture but they all enjoy watching romantic story between prince and princess.

• Our consumers might start listening classic stories when they are very young, they love Disney and know a lot about our brand. They are innocent and have a heart just like children. They love life and be optimistic about love and family. They hope that their own story could be beautiful as Rapunzel.

• we plan to build theme park in California where has great economy and many super stars live in Beverly Hill, they attract tourists go there shopping as the way they use. this is "celebrity endoresement".We are also interested in where consumers live, and we think that rural China probably cannot be our target market and they cannot afford this. A family’s month income is much lower than our tickets. We will not promote our products there. However, urban could be our target market, the parents’ income is definitely suitable for having fun in Rapunzel theme park. So, we are going to focus on urban area.

• Price• $80 for each adult, $ 50 for each child.• We have already seen reference with other park and this would be a

very suitable price for both marketers and consumers. People who live in urban area could absolutely afford this, we also did a survey about price, they feel happy with it and it is really a success of value-for-money strategy.

• Product• Here is the lists for our different group of consumers what they would like.• Children: princess Barbie, charming castle model, toy of

chameleon-”Pascal”• Teenager: video games about the man rescue the princess, wig, shampoo

cover.• Parents: lanterns for celebrating children’s birthday, imperial crown, jig

saw

• Promotion• we have already talked to advertising agency and

our ad will be showed on TV at prime time when people are having dinner.

• in addition, radio station is also a good medium for us to promote. The professional stuff will speak our slogan out and tell everyone our price, place, main product.

• There are some very famous brand such as “Tiffany” , “Cartier” and “ SVAROVSKI” they even make jewelry for royalty and we are thinking about the cooperation between us and try to make a collection about Rapunzel. The product may be imperial crown, bracelet, ring, earrings, etc.

• Place• We are going to focus on urban area,

and the specific place will be California Disney Park and we prepare the boutique for those toys, Barbie, castle model, wig. However, our jewelry collection will be sold in every Cartier, Tiffany and SVAROVSKI flagship store.
