The ALT Pool can be placed in a location long-term and connects to on-site power. The electrical setup requires is a 220V connection. The help of an electrician is recommended to get the pool connected to power once on site.
On-Site Set-Up When installing the pool, we recommend either having the unit placed on a 5” cement pad, concrete footings or 8” type 2 compacted gravel. The pool is designed to be an ‘above ground pool’ so it is not recommend to bury the pool into the ground.

FINANCING There are several options for financing. As a general rule of thumb, local credit unions and banks that you have relationships with are some of your best bets. These institutions will finance a container pool through a personal loan or a home improvement loan. There also may be the option to finance the pool through a home equity line of credit or a cash out refinance on your property. Below are a list of options for personal loans:

How to start? The first step is to secure finances for your unit. We would also love to schedule a free consultation call with you where we will go over pricing in detail and provide you any additional information to move forward.
How do payments and financing work?We recommend contacting your local bank for a personal loan or consider a cash-out refinance on your home or a home equity line of credit. We have additional finance partners for personal loans as well.
How long does it take to build?Our standard build time is 8-10 weeks. There may be opportunity to expedite an order depending on our production calendar.
How do you heat an ALT Pool?A heater can be added to your ALT Pool. This will require on-site electrical connections for power.
Can I add a custom window size/location?Due to the nature of how the units are produced, the window size options and locations are fixed and cannot be customized.
Where can I place an ALT Pool?The most common place to install an ALT Pool is directly in your backyard. However, the uses for the unit are limitless. From commercial and business purposes to installing it on a rural property for vacationing, the opportunities are endless.
How does it get delivered and installed?The ALT Pool gets delivered on a flatbed trailer. Once it gets to site we recommend a crane to place the unit. You’ll want to have the site prepped for the unit. We recommend placing the unit on a 5” concrete slab, concrete footings or an 8” type 2 compacted gravel base.
Does it require permits? Because the ALT Pool is considered an above ground pool, it generally does not require permits. However, the pool will require to be connected to power so an electrical permit may be required to set up the electrical connection. Also, if you bury the pool more than 18” into the ground your city may require you to pull permits.
What about my HOA?The ALT Pool is technically an ‘above ground pool’ and is allowed by most Homeowner Associations. The unit can be designed to match the exterior of your existing home or your community design requirements as needed.
