REGISTRATION Registration to the meeting is free of charge but is mandatory.

Security measures at the venue: Please be aware that the entrance to the CNR building requires that you leave an identity document at the reception every day. You should not forget to collect it when leaving the premises.

Wi-Fi connexion: Once your registration completed, you will be given a personal Wi-Fi code that will be valid for one device only, for the 3 days of meeting What is covered?

MEALS

Lunch: From Tuesday to Thursday, lunch will be served at the CNR. No charge

Social Dinner: Optional. The social dinner will take place at ‘Trattoria Da Nazzareno’, Via Magenta, 35, on Thursday at 20h00 . Participants will have the opportunity to tick off one preferred menu among three choices between vegetarian, menu with fish or with meat. Your food restrictions will be communicated to the restaurant. Partners attending the social dinner will be requested to pay in advance. Payments should be done in cash to the meeting organisers upon registration (please bring the exact change). Receipts will be issued by the restaurant on Thursday. Price of the social dinner: 35€ (drinks included)

Accommodation Each participant is kindly requested to make his/her own hotel room booking In the CNR area there are many hotels (due to the Termini railway station vicinity to Piazzale Aldo Moro) and all are walking distance to the CNR. Among them, there are two 4 star hotels in the vicinity:

There are numerous 3 star hotels in the area which have lesser room availability who’s costs range from 60,00€ to 80,00€ per night.
