Role of the Steering Team

Steering Team is a strategic consultancy body created to provide feedbackand recommendations for Member Committee’s plans and initiatives.Steering Team will be also responsible for co-creating and cascadingstrategies in order to achieve AIESEC 2015.

FEEDBACK RECOMMENDATIONS CREATION CASCADING

To ensure value and usability of strategies and initiaves proposed by MC.

To provide MC with recommendations towards undertaken focuses and initatives.

To create solutions in the crucial areas of organization’s functioning.

To spread the direction within network and support MC team in implementation.

Eg. issues to be covered by Steering Team

• Co-creation of Expansion Strategy

• Participation in cascading national strategies to local chapters

• Internal communication strategy co-creation

2. What is your motivation to apply for Steering Team? How will you uniquely contribute?3. How do you assess potential of expanding AIESEC in Poland? What model of expansion would

you propose (how should the process look like)? In which cities do you see potential for startinga new entity and why?

4. Please analyse and assess model of implementation of AIESEC in Poland. Put a lot of stress on internal communication. What would you improve?

5. What is the biggest and the most urgent area of improvement considering the national perspective that you can see in AIESEC in Poland?
