2nd Success Meet of CSI Stanley Student Branch Date: 17 March 2017

This program was divided into two sessions. The morning session

started at 9:00 AM and concluded at 1:00 PM and the afternoon session

started at 2:00PM and concluded at 4:30 PM. The morning session was

inaugurated by the CSI Stanley Student Branch executive council. T he

students performed cultural programs followed by few games. Around 400

students attended the event.

In the afternoon session Mr K.Mohan Raidu- vice-chairman/Chairman elect of

CSI Hyderabad chapter was invited as the chief guest. Along with him,

Dr.Satya Prasad Lanka, Principal, Dr A.Vinay Babu, Director, Dr V.Anuradha,

Director & Prof.Ravindharan Ethiraj, Director of R&D of Stanley College of

Engineering and Technology for Women were also present. They addressed

the students, shared their experiences, proposed few ideas for the next

upcoming year and congratulated the executive council of CSI Stanley

Student Branch.

Mr.K.Mohan Raidu enlightened the students about the future activities about

the CSI Hyderabad chapter like the technological groups that will be formed

which will headed by IT experts from the industry. These groups will help the

students a lot as it will be a more practical approach. He also told about the

CSI student magazine Adhyayan and encouraged all the students to send

their articles.

Ms A.Sagarika, Secretary, CSI Stanley student branch started the session by

addressing the dignitaries and students about CSI, CSI Stanley student

branch and introduced the entire CSI Stanley Student branch executive

council. This was followed by the lightening of the lamp and cake cutting by

the dignitaries and the executive council. Later, Ms. Srija Harshika,

Chairman of CSI Stanley student branch presented the report for the year

2016-2017. Ms Ananya Malladi, Treasurer, CSI Stanley student branch, read

out the budget for the year 2016-2017. Next Ms .Azra Fatima, Vice-Chairman

of CSI Stanley student branch read out the list of events and future plans to

be held for the next year.

The chief guest along with the Principal then gave away the prizes to the

students for the various competitions held under the CSI Stanley student

branch.

The event then concluded with the vote of thanks read by Ms. Komal

Sharma, Executive member of CSI Stanley student branch.
