2Seeds Network isworking in the last mileof economic developmentin communities aroundthe globe.
The 2Seeds Network is an incorporated
non-profit which serves as an umbrella
organization incubating small, efficient,
and effective agricultural development
projects in Africa. 2Seeds focuses on
selecting, training, and mentoring bright
and passionate graduates at the
beginning of their careers to work with
our African partners. In a joint effort, our
teams address the issue of food and
income security by training rural farmers
in agricultural best practices. At every
step, 2Seeds encourages our project
leaders to embrace independent decision
making, enforce financial accountability,
and humbly seek a deep and sincere
partnership with the local African
community.

We seek trust first. We believe once trust is established with our communities, anything is
possible.
Our approach aims at all points of the value chain. We see people, communities, and challenges
holistically, and we recognize their interconnectedness. It is not enough to focus exclusively on
increased production, without connecting it to market knowledge and access as well.We focus on building human capital. We think when people are asked to do big things, they rise
to the challenge. We intentionally develop the competence and connections of our partners and
Project Coordinators to develop their human capital and guide them to become creative problem
solvers to their own challenges.
