INTRODUCTION

The Library is one of the hallmarks of areputable learning Institution. Themeasurement of the quality of the library isthe extent to which the resources, servicesand facilities support the objectives of theInstitution.



The University Library¶s Annual Planaims to enrich the existing library collectionin terms of quality and quantity of librarymaterials / resources to conform to the

standards set for a particular academicprogram and to be able to cope up with theneeds and demands of the faculty, studentsand scholars of this Institution .

7. Creation of Library positions (LibraryAdministrative Aide San Marcelino Campus).

8. On time payment of student assistants salary.

9.Provide the library with competent, responsibleand committed library staff.



Facilitating Factors:

1. Strong support of the administration in termsof a regular and realist budget for the Library.

2. Active participation of the Library BoardCommittee represented by faculty, students,

personnel in the selection and acquisition of library resources.
