This module will show you how to use the app

Pickups

A pickup is the process of getting food from a restaurant

Pickups

Pickups for express runners are dispatched before a shift

starts

Pickups for standard runners are dispatched as customers

order foodorder food

Start Pickup

To view pickup details, tap “Start Pickup”

Start Pickup

This should be done less than one minute after receiving

the dispatch notification

NavigationTap “More” in the upper right to display the options menu.

Tap “Open Address in Maps” to open Google Maps

Complete Pickup

Tap each item in the list, then tap the temperature of the

food

Complete Pickup

Tap “Take Photo” to take a photo of the food

Complete Pickup

Tap “Complete Pickup” to finish the pickup

Deliveries

A delivery is the process of taking food to the customer

Deliveries

Deliveries for express runners are dispatched as

customers order food

Deliveries for standard runners are dispatched after

“Complete Pickup”“Complete Pickup”

Start Delivery

To view delivery details, tap “Accept Delivery”

This should be done less than one minute after dispatch

Note “Open Address in Maps” link in the “More” menu

At Location

Use the “At Location” button to tell the customer you

have arrived

Locating Customers

Tap “More” then “Text Customer” or “Call customer”

Tap each item to mark the temperature

Tap “Take Photo” to take a photo of the delivery
