How to order parts for valve manifolds, self-assembly

You can order the parts for self assembling of valve manifolds.The valves are according standard ISO 1 or VDMA 01.Choose the parts in the following steps:1) Choose your valves.2) Choose subbases and connection/end pieces.3) Choose electrical equipment, e.g. connectors or electrical connection module.4) Choose fittings.

STEP 1: Choose valves

Choose the complete valves from section "Complete valve manifolds, size ISO 1" or "Complete valve manifolds, size VDMA 01.Flow ISO 1: 1100 l/min (1.1 Cv).Flow VDMA 01: 750 l/min (0.75 Cv).

STEP 2: Choose manifold sub-bases

Choose number of subbases.Normally one connection piece and one end piece is needed. If the manifold is to be sealed off for different pressures, instead two connection pieces are needed and a blanking kit.All neccessary parts for assembly are included, e.g. screws, bolts and seals.

In this case a valve manifold according to ISO 1 is needed with three single solenoid valves, one double solenoid valves and one 5/3 valve with closed central position.The subbases should have connection ports 2 and 4 G 1/4 bottom ported.The valves should have integrated electrical coupling to el. module with 10 m cable. DC 24 V.Silencers are needed in port 3 and 5. For air supply 12 mm dia. tube and for working lines 8 mm dia. Tubes.
