Site Environmental History• 1992: Wedge Parcel was contaminated by at least one known diesel spill near the tracks

• 2005: Phase I and II conducted and soil indicated benzo‐a‐pyrene (BaP) levels in excess of FDEP Residential Soil Cleanup Target Levels

• 2007: Site Assessment • 2008: Limited Scope Remedial Action Plan presented• 2008‐9: Excavated soil removed to commercial/ industrial Soil Cleanup Target Levels due to proposed use as bus station

• 2013:  County/TV apply to TCRPC for site assessment grant
