Over the years, EZSCE has worked on the design of vast variety of industrial facilities which includes Switchyards, Oil & Gas structures, Chemical plants, Pharmaceutical plants, Material Handling as well as Power Plants. EZSCE has expertise in micro analysis of structure i.e. Structure subjected to Dynamic Loadings, Resonance, Base Isolations, Heavy Machine foundations, Soil Structure Interactions & Blast Resisting Designs. As a Design Consultancy firm, EZSCE have offered the services to some of the well-known organizations like ESSAR,Adani,Reliance,Siemens,ABB,Powergrid,NTPCandManymore. Our designs have already managed approval and executions in countries like Romania,Canada,Madagascar,SouthAfrica,Oman,SaudiArabia,YemanandIraqincludingAlloverIndia. THE PROGRESS STORY Begins with Masters Final Semester 2007, Mr. Mustufa Kanjeta got the Job with Consulting Firm in Vadodara and shortly after a span of 6 Months, He started working on Part time basis. Few months down, He started firm with name of EZ Structure that too working after office hours for different consultants/Architects/Clients. 2 Years down the line, Mr. Taher Joined and now EZ used to handle by 2 Engineers. Working passionately after office hours/weekends for about 7 Years, Mr. Mustufa quit job and started full time working for EZSCE in 2014. In a short time, Mr. Taher also started to work for full time in 2015 quitting his MNC job. The company was already registered by then in the name of EZ Structure Consulting Engineers. Meanwhile we had already completed projects of Engineering Marvels for our Company. In 2016, we shifted to new office and started operating from there. Recently, in 2016, to widen our wings by penetrating in further growth opportunities, Mr. Satish Jethwani has strengthen the company by joining as Business Development Partner and Training Head after having 14 years of vast experience in different MNCs in Power as well as Oil and Gas Industries. VISION EZSCE to be the most preferred Engineering Consultancy for Industrial works in India and to penetrate more in Global Market. CHALLENGING WORKS HANDLED StrengtheningofCanteenRoof(80.0mx68.0m)forFordSanandHerein the structure was designed and executed by an PEB agency, while roof sheeting installation was going on during sheeting stacking the rafter and purlin failed in first bay and this call for load verification and it was found the roof was designed as per non IS Standard and also without considering any loads of false ceiling and utilities pipe lines. Herein we were introduced and we verified the complete design and proposed strengthening measures, kindly note in kitchen area all equipment’s was already installed and it was not possible to work from inside. The PEB has suggested additional tonnage for strengthening as 45T while we resolved the issue using 7T material. The building is performing perfectly alright. The design was reviewed, verified and approved by client consultant. DesignofBlastResistanceBuildinginYemen As a Part of petrochemical facilities some structures are subjected and identified to design as blast resistance. With no reference available in form of books or literature only available code was “DESIGNOFBLASTRESISTING
BUILDINGINPETROCHEMICALFACILITIESBYASCE”.Load evaluation was done using spreadsheets and analysis and design was carried out in Software. We have analyzed the structure using time history analysis, member stresses were computed and structure was designed to resist the same. The design and drawings were approvedby “BritishPetroleum”

Design of Blast Resistance Building for Colourtex at Vilayat NearBharuch This is a multistoried RCC industrial plant building with reactors. The reactors are subjected to very high internal pressure and are prone to blasting and hence this calls for Blast resisting design. The building is executed and is under operation.
Measures to prevent Land scouring in IOCL (To protect existingconnectingroadtoGasTerminal): Having lost majority of land patch in Vishwamitri River at Dumad oil terminal Vadodara. Herein, we have reviewed the facilities and proposed counter measures to stop scouring, the design was submitted and approved by MSU Civil department. The work is executed and performing well.
