WEDDING PACKAGES

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto® offers complete Wedding Packages for all seasons. Food and beverage minimums will be determined depending on the day and the season.

We do offer more flexible rates for weddings from January to April. Please ask your event coordinator for more information.

Please note, all food and beverage with the exception of the wedding cake must be provided by the hotel.

DEPOSIT

In order to reserve your event date, a credit card number must be on file. Your credit card will be held on file for any additional balance at the conclusion of the event. The deposit will be applied to your final catering bill. Three scheduled payments are required:

a 25% initial deposit, an additional 50% deposit 6 months prior to event date and final payment of the total estimated balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

A final guest guarantee will be required 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) prior to your wedding

reception. After this time, any decrease in guest number will not be allowed. In the event of overpayment, a refund will be issued to you.

A customary 20% service charge and Ontario HST tax will be added to the final balance for all food and beverage.

Your Event Manager will be delighted to discuss customizing your menu with you as well as the addition of live reception stations, lavish sweet displays and memorable midnight snack tables.

BEVER AGES

In accordance with the Liquor License Act issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, all alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased by the licensee through the LCBO. For the health and safety of our guests, alcohol service may be denied to those individuals who appear intoxicated or under the legal drinking age. The hotel reserves the right to

request photo identification from anyone requesting or consuming alcohol at an event.

SPECIAL MEALS | CHILDREN AND VENDOR MEALS

The hotel will gladly provide special meals for any guests with dietary needs.

Guests may choose children’s menus for those under 12 years of age. Vendor meals can be provided that would consist of Chef’s choice of appetizer, chicken entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

REHEARSALS AN D CEREMONIES

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto® is happy to accommodate rehearsals dependent upon the availability of space.

Your Wedding Specialist will confirm the room and time no sooner than two weeks prior to the wedding date. We are able to accommodate wedding ceremonies in the hotel. A minimal setup fee will be required, dependent upon the room selected.

MENU TASTINGS

Menu tasting for the Bride and Groom will be provided up to three months prior to wedding date.

Tastings are conducted Monday through Friday 2pm---4pm.


CATERING DETAILS

DECOR

Flowers and large rental items may be delivered to the hotel two hours prior to your event. Additional setup time may be available dependent upon other bookings. Smaller items such as place cards and favours (no glitter or confetti please) may be brought to your

Catering Manager at pre-determined time. Our staff will be happy to assist in the placement of these items provided they are ‘‘table ready’’. Votive type candles may be used with restrictions.

All decorations and personal items must be removed immediately at the conclusion of your event.

We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.

PHOTOGRAPHS

You are welcome to begin photographs on the hotel property two hours prior to your event. The hotel lobby and grand staircase may be used for uncomplicated shots only. We do not allow backdrops, photographic umbrellas or loose electrical cords

in these areas. Public areas must remain open and free of obstacles for hotel guests. Shooting in public areas needs to be pre-arranged.

SOCAN

A fee is paid to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) for your right to use copyrighted music during your event. This fee is dependent upon room capacity.

DELIVERIES

A receiving dock (maximum height 12’ 4’’) provides delivery access for vendors.

All hired vendors must follow the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto®

Policies and Procedures. No vendors are allowed to enter through the front lobby of the hotel.

GUEST ROOM BLOCKS

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto® is pleased to offer you and your guests a special group room rate for a contracted room block of 10 or more rooms, held for you up to 30 days prior to the event. Guests may call in and make reservations on their

own using a room block name. Room accommodations must be guaranteed with a credit card and would require a one night non-refundable deposit for room and applicable tax.

Rates are subject to availability and are applicable to our standard cancellation policy.

Our complimentary suite will be provided to the couple on the wedding night. If the suite is available before check-in time, it may be used as the bride’s changing room.
