It’s all here. Luxurious overnight accommodations designed to optimize cabin space, while providing yacht-class comfort and cutting-edge style. Filled with natural light, the spacious v-berth features a large settee and table with custom, wraparound seating, plus a private head with built-in shower for all the comforts of home.

When it comes to offshore performance, Intrepid’s signature stepped hull crushes waves to deliver the smoothest, driest-running ride on the water. Powered by your choice of a twin or triple engine package, this nimble vessel runs efficiently at any speed, with the sure-footed handling to instill seakeeping confidence in any captain.

With a surprising amount of headroom, the spacious queen-berth cabin with optional air conditioning is bathed in natural light pouring vented skylights and large hullside windows.

A STATE-OF-THE-ART HELM designed for maximum command, control, and conversation.

Adjustable twin helm seating features racing-style flip-up bolsters, and a slide-out cooler underneath. The expansive console has a large windshield and room for all the latest electronics. An accentuating sole platform elevates up to 4” for extra visibility.

An aft-facing seat beside the helm and spacious, wraparound seating area with retractable lounger and built-in cooler just in front of the helm invite easy interaction between captain and crew. There’s even the option of a wraparound windshield to protect the entire bridge from the elements, while offering additional privacy and quiet.

Customized to come out and play YOUR WAY. The ideal dayboat, your individually customized 345 Valor sets the stage for one perfect day after another of cruising with family and friends. The cockpit features a hull-side dive door with flip-out ladder that makes it easy to get in and out of the water. Divers can opt for a dive tank rack that holds multiple tanks.

For those who fish, the 345 Valor delivers in legendary Intrepid fashion. A customizable cockpit can be rigged with tackle and storage lockers, rod holders, and insulated fish boxes or coolers. Above-deck, pressurized corner bait wells with windows flank a rear bench seat that fold-ups when it’s time to reel in your next trophy or table fare.

Cockpit storage compartments can be customized as insulated fish boxes, coolers, tackle or other equipment storage, including above-deck corner bait wells on either side of a folding rear bench seat for when you’re ready to run or relax in the sun.

Custom above-deck pressurized bait wells with windows are tucked into the transom to free up valuable cockpit space.

A luxurious cabin can be air conditioned and personalized with your preferred finishes, electronics, and other accents.

Illuminated by large hullside windows and skylights, the surprisingly airy cabin optimizes space while providing superb overnight accommodations. Styled with premium European hardware, cabinetry, and finishes throughout, the forward u-shaped settee easily seats six, then converts to a generous queen berth at the touch of a button.

A well-appointed galley includes everything you need for dining and entertaining, with an abundance of cabinets and storage space everywhere. The private head with built-in shower complete a gracious ambiance designed to make you and your guests feel perfectly at home on the sea.

1. Twin, or Triple engine configurations maximize aft cockpit space, as opposed to the space lost with traditional inboard applications.

2. Standard dual dive platforms and a boarding ladder. This fulfills the “means of solo re-boarding” which is a recommendation of the American Boat and Yacht Council. A safety essential other builders forego.

3. Convenient service platform in front of the engines and integrated steps makes access to maintenance quick and simple.

4. Port and starboard aft above deck storage or optional rigged baitwells make fishing this aft cockpit more convenient and roomy by not stealing valuable cockpit space.

5. The optional integrated folding rear seat is comfortable and convenient. It easily folds away and disappears when it’s time to fight some fish in the aft cockpit.

6. Mechanical access hatches to all transom rigging, pumps, etc.

7. Hullside dive door, an Intrepid trademark, with our latest lift up/rotate design that doesn’t take up valuable cockpit space while in the open position. And it also allows for easy dockside boarding.

8. Cockpit sole hatch to hide a retractable fold-out ladder that maximizes water access from the hullside dive door.

13. Our newest feature is the hydraulically actuated helm sole. No more standing on the footrest for a better vantage point. At the push of a button the cockpit sole in this area raises up to 4” in additional height.

14. This under gunwale fold out trash bin takes advantage of what normally would be wasted space and is convenient to everyone in the cockpit.

15. Cockpit storage and rigging access.

16. The all new console makes space for even the largest of electronics and comes with all the conveniences of cup holders, glovebox and a windshield for protection from the wind and elements.

17. This aft facing seat is an ideal place to sit when wanting to hang out with the captain while underway or to keep an eye on the action with the fishing lines.

18. This forward port side seat completes the seating circle in the forward cockpit making it the perfect “hang out” space for the entire group. It also offers additional storage underneath.

19. The large wraparound cockpit lounge has extensive room for family and friends. There’s even a slide out filler that fills in the “u” seating to create a sun lounge.

20. Mechanical access hatch to pumps, air-conditioning system, etc.

21. Spacious head with shower, solid surface countertops and built-in cabinetry big enough to hold all your sundries.

22. This galley has all you need with solid surface counter tops, refrigerator, sink, optional microwave and single burner stove top. Stainless steel lined Blum® self-closing drawers give you plenty of room for the proper utensils to complete your cooking.

23. This large forward settee area not only has enough room for you and your guests to gather around the table for dinner, but it also converts to an additional berth forward with the optional Hi-Lo table and filler cushion.

24. Large hullside windows let natural light in and allow you not to miss a thing when down below. Whether you are underway or at anchor you can always enjoy the view and when you want privacy simply pull down the built-in dual privacy shades.

25. To preserve the clean lines of the foredeck, we designed the optional windlass under an easily accessible hatch with plenty of storage below for your rode and chain.
