The DEO, while reviewing the preparedness for Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls of intensive nature starting from January 1, 2019, said during massive enrollment and special camps would be organized at all polling stations of the district. Special Summary Revision camp on Dec 16 STATE TIMES NEWS RAJOUR: Rashtriya rifles unit of army organised a veterinary aid camp for villagers in Songri village area of Rajouri. The main aim of this camp was to provide veterinary aid for the livestock of people of the area who had come to back from higher reaches on seasonal migration. STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: A delegation of J&K Graduate Promotee Agriculture Officer's Association (JKGPAOA) met Manzoor Ahmed Lone, Secretary Horticulture /Agriculture and handed over detailed representation elabo- rating how unauthorized direct recruitment of AEOs and equivalents made through JKPSC from 1988 onwards consumed the quota of VEWs, JAAs, Junior AEOs, in viola- tion of rule position. The association highlighted that in bizarre instance JKPSC selected 74 candidates against 34 referred posts and APD in gross violation of rule appointed all 74 candidates operating expired selection list during two years from 1989 to 1991. STATE TIMES NEWSRAJOUR: Rashtriya rifles unit of army organised a veterinary aidcamp for villagers in Songri village area of Rajouri.

The main aim of this camp was to provide veterinary aid for thelivestock of people of the area who had come to back from higherreaches on seasonal migration. During this camp, primary medicalhelp was also provided to the villagers by medical officers of thearmy. During this camp, 159 animals were medically examined andtreated in the camp besides free distribution of veterinary medi-cines among the owners of the animals.
