365 Power Up365 Power Up is a cooperative group coming together to deliver community events around

Microsoft platform, such as the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure. Our events are

organized around the globe by the community and for the community, providing a collaborative

environment for sharing experiences, ideas, and solutions to common challenges.

Event organizers deliver free one- and two-day events for all experience levels, covering technical,

functional, and strategic topics around the Microsoft platforms. Experts in the field come together to

share best practices, past experience, and updates on emerging technologies to help attendees and

each other address challenges delivering successful customer projects or improving performance for

our teams

Overcoming pain points and project delivery challenges

Sessions & Content Selection365 Power Up focuses on quality content by experts from the field. The agenda will target needs and

interests of local organizations around Microsoft solutions – Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE,

Finance and Operations – and topics around productivity, best practices, and enterprise solution

delivery. 365 Power Up events are not corporate sales events, so although we may offer sponsor

sessions, these are intended to educate attendees. Each local team of organizers chooses speakers

to fit the expected local audience to ensure that there will be a session for everyone.

Audience Demographics365 Power UP attracts professionals responsible for delivering enterprise solutions built on the

Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This includes Project Managers, Consultants, Developers and

Solution Architects as well as Business Owners / CEOs. The audience is very engaged, often taking

personal time to attend 365 Power Up events to expand their knowledge, share ideas, and grow

their network.

Generally, a third are Highly Technical Developers, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, the

other third are Business and End Users, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, End Users and the

remaining would fall in between including Business owners and organization representatives.

Microsoft MVP’s / Most Valuable Professionals365 Power Up events are often organized by Microsoft Business Application MVPs. Microsoft MVP’s

are respected by the Business Applications community for their practical experience building

solutions and community contributions. Microsoft product teams work with MVPs closely, soliciting

insights into solving problems and important feedback on recent and upcoming platform releases.

They are often the first to be informed about new features and product roadmap as well as

providing suggestions for improvements.

Multi day Events365 Power Up may sometimes span multiple days. This often means a Hackathon or Bootcamp style

event the day before the main event. Some examples are the Hack for Good events or an App in a

Day session. These additional days allow attendees a hands-on experience building solutions with

their presenters, “learning by doing”, and allow for more targeted questions around a particular

problem, a platform capability, or technology.

Sponsorship365 Power Up events depend on sponsorships for successful delivery. Sponsorships come from local

Microsoft Partners and ISV’s. Sponsorships for each event are managed locally by the chapter lead

responsible for the event, and sponsorships funds will only be used for the given event unless agreed

otherwise by the sponsor. Any remaining sponsorship funds are donated to a local charity that is

announced at the end of the event or to help to support another event that is lacking sponsor

support. Sponsorship funds are used for the following;

Sponsor PackageEach 365 Power Up event will have Local Event Sponsors, and the sponsorship tiers will be specific to

that local event needs. Sponsors are provided a Booth at the Event whilst being included in the

event marketing via the Website, Email Marketing, and Social Media Channels Depending on

sponsorship Tier selected.

Sponsorship Confirmation FormOnce your local chapter lead receives your sponsorship confirmation, they will provide an invoice for

your sponsorship. Your chapter lead is responsible for ensuring all information is provided and to

honor the agreement to enable 365 Power Up to market you brand effectively for the event.
