People say that the best time to exercise is in the morning although it is possible to exercise in
the afternoon, evening or even at night. There are many good reasons for exercising in the morning.
Firstly, there are fewer distractions in the morning. If one were to wait till the end of the day, there will
be every excuse to give for not exercising. Besides, early morning exercise can wake up a person and
energize him or her for the day.
Not everyone can get out of bed early in the morning to exercise; doing so is a big effort.
However, it is good to get up, maybe a bit earlier to get it done with so that it does not bother you for
the rest of the day. This is because as time passes, it is harder to find a slot for exercise. Also, the early
morning temperature is cooler and the air is fresher because it is less polluted.
However, one has to be careful because in the early morning, the muscles are stiff and cold so it
is easier to get injured. Therefore, a bit of warming up is required before doing the exercise in order to
prevent this.
