Backplane 2.44Tbps Higher backplane than the tender requirement

A total of 714Mpps of throughput is achieved when switch fabrics are configured in active-active mode.

If one of the switching engine fails the throughput will be 357Mpps hence there is no performance degradation against 250Mpps asked.
