myPassword Reset: Change PasswordYou will need to change your Password every 90 days or sooner based on system security protocols. Complete steps 1-7 to change your password. If you have not had an opportunity to establish security questions for your account complete steps 1-11.
Step Action
1 Log into https://identity.starwoodhotels.com/identity by entering your Username and Password and click on the Sign In button.

3 Select My Information icon.
4 Select Change Password link.
5 Fill-in the three password related fields: Old Password (which is your current password), New Password and Confirm New Password.
6 Select the Apply button.

7 After successfully changing your password, a “Password has been changed successfully” pop-up will display. If a pop-up does not display, go back to step #4 and try again.

myPassword Reset: Setup Challenge Questions
It is recommended that existing users complete steps 8-11 to set up challenge questions so that they can access their accounts in the future with the Forgot Password link.
Step Action
8 After successfully changing your password, select Challenge Questions link.
9 Register challenge questions for your account. (Challenge questions can be selected from drop down or created by typing them into the question field.)
10 Select the Apply button.
11 After setting up challenge questions a pop-up will display letting you know that your questions were set up successfully. If a pop-up does not display, go back to step #8 and try again.
