The device functionality and architecture is compatible with GridNet TM PolicyNet TM software. The NTC-1100 is installed into the communications bay of the Landis + Gyr U-Series Smart Meter, and is hot-swappable. The NTC-1100 is penta-band - meaning it is compatible with most 3G networks world-wide. 3G antennas are facilitated using 2 x SMA connectors. Zigbee ® HAN functionality is provided as SEP 1.1 – upgradable to SEP 2.0 in the future (firmware update). Zigbee ® antennas are included internally to the product. Landis+Gyr U-Series compatible plastic housing and meter interface connector. Multi pack shipping carton Switch mode power supplies for CPU / ZigBee radio/ 3G module.
