Handling: We try to make shipping and handling a pass through process. However, a small charge is applied to cover our costs of envelopes, boxes, labels, packing materials, trips to the post office/UPS/FedEx stores, etc. This is already included in the shipping rate tables. Other shipment methods may include additional charges to cover the costs of those special needs.

Processing: We strive to process orders as fast as possible. Typically within 5 business days after payment has cleared and it’s in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock we will notify you and either refund your money or process your order as soon as parts arrive at your option. We strive to shipas fast as possible but please remember there are days when the post office is closed and days when the weather is severe.

Returns: Returns are accepted for unopened factory sealed packages. Packages which are open will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any missing components.
