increase engagement in night shift staff in an inpatient psychiatric hospital.
Discuss specific transformational strategies employed by our CNO as well as the leadership team and how those strategies empowered the night supervisors to then engage and empower the staff
Identify specific steps that were taken to engage and empower the night shift staff and how you can use them in your own practice.
