New Parishioners We welcome you! We would be honored to have you register with us. Please fill out

the welcome envelope in the pew and we will mail a registration form to you.

Baptism Registered parishioners should contact the office for instruction.

If possible, this should be before the birth of your baby.

Marriage Preparation You must be a registered and supporting member for six months prior to your

marriage. A date should not be set until a priest has been consulted.

Sacrament of the Sick Please contact the office if you need a priest to come to your home to anoint you,

or to be anointed after Mass if you are going into the hospital.

Formation at St. Elizabeth

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church is actively seeking a Coordinator of Youth Faith Formation. The Youth Formation Coordinator reports directly to the Pastor and is responsible for leadership of our K-8 Faith formation, Sacramental Prep, and developing educational material.

The ideal applicant will be an active Catholic, have a passion for Children’s ministry and at least 2 years experience working with youth, either professionally or as a volunteer. Must pass Diocesan Safe Environment Requirements.

♦ Must attend college in the upcoming year

♦ Scholarship may be used at any academic institution of higher learning in the US

♦ The scholarship is for ONE year, non-renewable, in the amount of $500
