The 4D Inspector® is a solution design by Gexcel to re-motly control the FARO Focus3D and get 4D monitoring results (3D data + time). This solution can provide all the benefits of the 3D surveying, plus an efficent verification and control of your sites thank to an automatic real time

PROCESSING WORKFLOW
1. Connect the Focus3D to the PC control unit by LAN connection.
2. Fully remote control and change the scanning parameters of Focus3D by using your PC or laptop.
3. Remotely define your automatic scanning agenda and your reference frame.
4. Run a fully automatic scanning activity from the software interface.
5. Scan data automatically stored into the control unit PC and are fully compatible with JRC 3D Reconstructor® software.
6. Automatically runs on the remote PC a 3D deformation check, and verify your site status.
7. 4D Inspector® will automatically archive the scans and the monitoring results, in every moment you can visualize and
analyse the deformation thresholds of your acquisition.
8. If the system identifies that some deformation outperform the setted ROI ( Region Of Interest) zone, e-mails alarms
will be automatically sent to the user.
Engineerized to connect the Faro Focus3D laser scannerto topographic tripods, surveying pillars and surveying tribrachs.
The LAN Adapter is perfect for any application that requires the FARO Focus3D control via LAN.In particular, the LAN Adapter® works perfectly with 4D Inspector® to simplify the monitoring process.
The package includes 2 nut connectors to easily, firmly and quickly connect the LAN Adapter to 5/8” and 3/8” inch standard connectors.
