Md. Tozammel Hoque, Gopalganj and Bagerhat Pourashava Water Supply & Environmental

Sanitation System Improvement (Project Director), Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE),

Gopalganj has been granted earned leave (ex-Bangladesh) for visiting India for 10 (Ten) days from

08/04/2019 to 17/04/2019 or from the date of commencement of leave. This leave is granted under

the following terms and conditions.

2. Terms & Conditions:

a) He will draw his usual pay and allowances from Bangladesh in local currency. No

part of it shall be drawn in foreign currency.

b) The Provision of Rule-34 of Appendix-VII of BSR (part-I) will be applicable for this

approval of leave.

c) All expenses related to this visit shall be borne by Md. Tozammel Hoque.

d) Md. Tozammel Hoque's spous Shadia Afrinand son Mr. Sadman Shahariar will

accompany his during the visit.
