Whether you are entertaining guests for your next party or going out to brunch with friend,
these perfect champagne cocktails will be sure to bring a smile to your face. Enjoy the
show and be sure to try some of these gourmet cocktails at your get-together.
Ingredients:4 Mangos (diced)
1 Mango cut into small cubes to be used as garnish
1 bottle of your favorite champagne
Directions:Puree diced mangos in a food processor or
blender
Use a sieve to strain the puree and get rid of solids or chunks
Mix puree and champagne in a large pitcher
Pour mimosas into champagne glasses and garnish with mango cubes
Mango Mimosa
Ingredients:2 containers of raspberries
8oz of rhubarb
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of water
Chilled Proseco champagne
Directions:Puree the raspberries in a food processor
with rhubarb, sugar, and water
Make sure puree is smooth
Use sieve to separate puree into bowl
Serve 1-2 tablespoons of puree into champagne glass and top off glass with more
Proseco
Berry Bellini:
Ingredients:6 tablespoons Lillet Blanc
2 tablespoons cognac or brandy (either is fine)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ teaspoon of superfine sugar
Directions:In a bar shaker, stir ingredients together (stir
not shake)
Add ice, cover, and shake until completely chilled
Strain cocktail into glass
Garnish with lemon or orange peel
French 75 En Blanc
Ingredients:1 cube of sugar
Angostura bitters
4oz chilled champagne
Lemon zest
Directions:Drip bitters onto sugar cube
Soak sugar cube thoroughly
Drop sugar cube into champagne flute
Pour champagne into lute
Add lemon zest
The Classic Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:5-7 pomegranate seeds
1oz pomegranate liqueur
4oz chilled champagne
Directions:Add pomegranate seeds to glass
Add liqueur to glass
Top off glass with champagne
