As leaders of the Primary section, it is important to have a clear VISION as to what is desirable for the growth and development of the children under our care.

The role is multi-faceted..with many responsibilities….and extensive knowledge is expected - many balls in air – one drops and others follow… there is a need to hold things together

To supervise personnel and activities
to achieve one’s immediate purpose & goals
What does it mean to be a Leader
a person who leads as a GUIDE
a person who has commanding authority or influence
Someone who can inspire others towards the achievement of goals
A person who accomplishes a mission or task in a way that makes the group more cohesive
