Fun fact about me: I absolutely LOVE to do (Zumba, groupfitness classes, Crossfit, etc)! Back in college, I’d go to classes at the university gym with my friends and wehad SUCH a blast together working out.

It gave me the best of all worlds...a great workout, social time, and I got tomake new friends too!

That really sparked my love for fitness and since then, I’ve learned so muchabout exercise and the benefits of it.

DAY 2: ABCs POST

PROMPT:

Grab their attention with a headline that shares that you have a fitnesspersonality quiz for them. Give different options and ask them to share theirvote. Then, share yours!

How many times have you gotten stuck in a workout rut and just can’t seem to get motivatedenough to find your way out?

I used to “start Monday” everyyyy single Monday. And it was frustrating.

Until I found what actually worked for me...accountability.

There’s so much power in having other people to share your goals and work towards themwith. People who have the same struggles and challenges as you but who are willing to keeppushing and work through them TOGETHER.

Without my group of accountability buddies and the on-screen trainers in my workoutspushing me, I don’t know where I’d be today. But there’s one thing I know for sure, I’m NEVER turning back!

DAY 3: CHALLENGE POST

Start with a question that asks them to think about a time they’ve been stuck in a rut and notmotivated to work out. Share your experience with being stuck and giving up on yourself. Talkabout how accountability and having others to hold you accountable changed that for you. Talkabout the power of having others to go through this health journey with and mention how youeven get the accountability of the trainers in your workouts. Ask them to reach out if they arestruggling and interested in joining you.

**********This is a day that I can’t go on without celebrating...it’s National Taco Day!

In my house, Taco Tuesday is a weekly occurrence and if I was ever on a desertedisland and could only choose one food to eat, it would be tacos!

And the best part? Tacos are SO easy to customize and make super healthy. There’s somany great proteins you can use, fresh toppings, and different ways to make them.
