2. Parkinson disease
Parkinson's disease(also known as Parkinson disease, Parkinson's,idiopathic parkinsonism, primary parkinsonism, PD, or paralysisagitans) is a degenerativedisorder of the central nervous system. The motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease result from the deathof dopamine-generating cells in the substantia nigra, a region of the
midbrain; the cause of this cell death is unknown. Earlyin thecourse of the disease, the mostobvious symptoms are movement-related; these include shaking, rigidity, slowness of movementanddifficulty with walking andgait. Later, cognitiveand behaviouralproblems may arise, with dementiacommonly occurring in theadvanced stages of the disease. Other symptoms include sensory,
sleep and emotional problems. PD is more common in the elderly, with most cases occurring after the age of 50.

3. Scoliosis
Scoliosis Classification and external resourcesScoliosis(from Greek:skolios"crooked") is a medical condition in which aperson's spine is curved from side to side. Although it is a complexthree-dimensional deformity, on an X-ray, viewed from the rear, thespine of an individual with scoliosis may look more like an "S" or a
"C" than a straight line. Scoliosis is typically classified as eithercongenital (caused by vertebral anomalies present at birth),idiopathic (cause unknown, subclassified as infantile, juvenile, adolescent, or adult, according to when onset occurred), orneuromuscular(having developed as asecondary symptom ofanother condition, such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, spinal
muscular atrophy, or physical trauma. A lesser known underlyingcause of scoliosis could be attributed to a condition called Chiarimalformation.
