Abstract

CLOUD Leva per la trasformazione digitale

La “digital transformation” è una tendenza ormai irreversibile, legato a fattori di evoluzione tecnologica , di ammodernamento dei processi e di inclusione sociale, diventa quindi fondamentale per le aziende e gli enti erogatori di servizi evolvere il tradizionale IT verso la costruzione di piattaforme digitali in grado di soddisfare queste esigenze emergenti. Come si inserisce il cloud computing in questo processo e come puo diventare una leva fondamentale per l’innovazione e la crescita delle aziende? Qual’è lo stato dell’arte del mercato del cloud computing a livello internazione e nazionale? Il Cloud offre diffrenti modalità di fruizione e tipolgie di servizi, ma al di la delle semplificazioni e dei miti è importante avere un approccio al “journey to cloud” che prenda in considerazione le esigenze di sviluppo, il contenimento dei costi e una analisi degli applcativi “elegibili” al cloud, al fine di evitare situazioni di “lock in“ o di delusione rispetto alle aspettative. La strategia di Oracle per il cloud, va proprio nella direzione di lasciare ai clienti una vasta gamma di scelte e una scalabilità come fattore fondamentale per la costruzione di nuove piattaforme digitali in ambito di “hybrid cloud”
