Head Bend Exercise
1. Gradually … bend your head back (don’t strain)
2. Now … slowly bring it forward until you feel a comfortable stretch
3. Repeat 3-4 times

Head Bend Exercise #2
1. Slowly … bend your neck to the left until you feel a slight stretch
2. Now leisurely stretch to the right side
3. Repeat 3-4 times

Head Turn Exercise
1. Gently turn your head and look over your left shoulder … hold for a count of 5
2. Now steadily turn your head to look over your right shoulder … hold for a count of 5
3. Repeat 2-3 times
